The Twilight Outdoor Mist was designed for evenings outdoors and mosquito season.
Can the Hiking Mist be used around dogs?
Yes, however you should always use products of this nature lightly and carefully around dogs. Apply to a bandana, harness, or collar rather than spraying directly onto their fur so it can easily be removed once back indoors. Pets should not ingest the product or lick freshly sprayed items.
Can I spray this directly on my skin?
No — these mists are intended for clothing, blankets, hats, backpacks, and outdoor gear rather than direct skin application. We formulated them strong enough to be effective, which means the essential oil concentration is not designed for regular skin use. Don’t panic if a little gets on the skin, but avoid direct application when possible ;)
How often should they be sprayed?
Spray before heading out on your adventure, and feel free to refresh every couple of hours or after heavy activity if needed.
