All essential oils, carrier oils and hydrosols are final sale once the seal has been broken. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Because of the thoughtful way we source our products, quality issues are extremely rare. However, if you do feel a product has a quality issue, please get in touch and we will help you sort it out!
Our calendars for private experiences and workshops often book out months in advance, due to this we have a strict no refund policy.
If you can no longer make it to your scheduled Private Experience, please reach out within 48 hours of the selected date, and we will reschedule.
