Common Uses: Much like Lavender Highland essential oil, but even gentler - Lavender Highland Hydrosol is extremely calming and soothing both physically and psychologically. Keep on hand to clean cuts and scrapes. Spritz or soak cotton pads and apply as a compress for itchy bites and burns. It is also wonderful in a warm compress over aching muscles and makes a great after sport spritzer to reduce muscle pain. It can be used as an aftershave spray to prevent ingrown hairs and skin irritation. 
Inside Info: For your medicine cabinet - combine with lavender essential oil, blue chamomile and aloe vera gel. Keep this handy for the cooling and soothing treatment of burns.
