Inside Info: Sweet Lavender is a hybrid plant produced from Spike and Highland Lavender strains. It therefore has a higher camphor content than Highland Lavender but a lower Linalol content. In some cases, where the very calming effects of linalol aren't as important, Sweet Lavender can be a less expensive alternative to Highland Lavender.
